Description
This patient is 53 years old. She is coming to us as she is also going through extensive jaw realignment with her orthodontist. Patient has severe facial muscle tension and pain, and started with botox into the masseter muscles, platysmal bands and platysma muscles for relief. Patient had 1 vial Kybella to the submental area and jowel area, to reduce fat tissue. Patient was then augmented with 5 Voluma, 1 Vollure, 1 Volux, and 1 Volbella. Areas treated – temples, cheeks, nasal labial folds, jawline, chin and lips. Botox to Glabella, forehead, crows feet, upper lip, platysmal band, chin, DAO, and right brow lift. Patient has also had cosmetic tattooing to her brows, upper and lower eyeliner.
