Description
This 26-year-old patient wanted tear-drop-shaped breasts. Through a periareolar incision, Dr. Murphy placed 525cc Mentor Smooth Round Moderate Profile Saline implants filled to 565cc, submuscular. This 5'6" 120 lb patient went from a A cup to a D cup. Her small frame required larger implants because of the very minimal tissue pre-op.

- Symmetrical look 6 months post-op. Patient wanted natural tear drop shape to her breasts. Her small frame needed larger implants due to very minimal tissue pre-op. Nice "figure 8" to patient's figure taking away the "boy look" to her pre-op photo.
