"Full" or "Inverted T" mastopexy.

47 y.o. patient with asymmetry. Patient wanted some reduction of breasts, but wanted improved symmetry, 300 grams removed from right breast,500 grams removed from left breast. Some darkening of scars due to patients ethnicity.
