Type: Allergan, smooth round gel implants

Size of Implants (Volume): 480cc bilateral

Implant Placement: Sub-muscular

Incisional Approach: Infra-mammary

Comments: Patient has a very small frame and wanted a "C" cup. She also has a very wide cleavage. Using the right implant, I was able to improve her cleavage and not make her to big. Using an implant that fits her chest is more important than the cup size.
