Let us introduce our office staff.  We get so many compliments on the personal service we give, we thought we would introduce our team to you.

Cristina- Receptionist, started with us one year ago, July 2011. She completed her externship for Milan Institute with us, and we gladly brought her on as a part of our team. Cristina is bilingual, so a great asset to our Hispanic population.

Cristina just finished translating our website to Spanish, a huge task. Her soft spoken, good nature is very well received with patients. She is our main receptionist, receives our patients, and assists Dr. Murphy when needed.

Audrey- is our accounting  and office manager. She received her accounting degree in 2006 from California. She was born and raised in Reno as well. Audrey started working with us part time, and came on as our bookkeeper in 2007. Audrey understands all aspects of this office, from phones, to charts, to billing, to credentialing our doctor. She is our go to person with almost every daily situation.

Tracy- RN, Administrator,  Dr. Murphy’s wife, Tracy starting injecting for the office in 2005. She does all of the facial aesthetics, such as Botox, Restylane, Perlane, Juvederm, and Sculptra. She oversees the day to day runnings of the office, but still enjoys injecting. Tracy likes to be involved with community events, and donates to a variety of fundraisers.

Heather- came to us as a receptionist/medical biller while attending UNR to finish her nutrition degree. Heather has completely taken over our diet programs. Her knowledge, expertise, and easy going manner, has made her a favorite with our patients. The diet patients do exceptionally well, under her support and guidance.  Heather has been accepted into Nursing School, and will start in the fall.

Meghan- is our patient care coordinator. She ahs been with us since 2005. Meghan is very professional with our patients. She prides herself on her personal relationships with each patient, and directing them from start to finish through each individual procedure. From the first appointment through the surgery process, Meghan is very knowledgable about Dr. Murphy’s routine, pre and post op care, and the actual surgery procedures.

Joelle- is our newest diet/nutrition member. She graduated with honors from Reed High School, and UNR with a degree in public relations/marketing. Joelle is also a personal trainer, and very knowledgeable about diet and nutrition.

Jeri- has been an aesthetician for over 20 years. She comes to Murphy Plastic Surgery to do treatments with the newest RevLite SI Tattoo Removal Laser.
