She has designed specific workout, including static and active stretching, light resistance training, and other exercises to compliment the HCG program, without depleting your body of energy during the restricted caloric intake phase of the diet.
This program will introduce you to a lifestyle change, to continue to burn fat, increase muscle mass and definition, toning, and the benefit of increased activity outside the gym.
Beginner Boot Camps are 5 week fitness programs, which are specifically designed programs made up of unique and traditional exercises. The programs are low-cost, efficient, functional and challenging.
Tiffani has group classes or will train you on a one-to-one personal level. Do it with a friend, or a group of friends.
